Candidate Application Agreement

Thank you for your interest in joining our candidate network. This Candidate Application Agreement ("Agreement") governs your submission of personal and professional information to Talented People Wanted ("we", "us", or "our") as part of our recruitment services. Please read this Agreement carefully before submitting your application.

By submitting your information, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. No Guarantee of Employment or Contact

Submitting your information through this application form does not guarantee employment, job placement, contact from our agency, or inclusion in any hiring process. We evaluate applicants based on current hiring needs and may or may not follow up with every candidate.

2. No Employment or Representation Relationship

This application does not create an employee-employer relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency representation agreement of any kind. You are not employed, represented, or otherwise bound to Talented People Wanted by completing this form.

Any employment opportunities that arise through our agency will be between you and the third-party employer. If hired by any employer, you understand that employment will be at-will, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement between you and the employer.

3. Consent to Contact and Communication

You authorize us to:

• • Contact you using the information provided (via phone, email, text, or other digital communication methods).
  • Share your submitted information (including resume, qualifications, and references) with potential employers and partners.
  • Use automated systems (such as SMS or email workflows) to contact you where permitted by law.

4. Consent to Background and Reference Checks

You authorize us to:

• • Contact your listed references and past employers.
  • Perform background checks or verifications as needed to evaluate your qualifications.
  • Share relevant findings with employers in connection with your job application.

You also acknowledge that background checks may be conducted by third-party services and subject to applicable laws and employer requirements.

5. Truthfulness and Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all information submitted is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You agree to notify us promptly if any information changes.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in removal from our candidate network or disqualification from opportunities.

6. Use and Storage of Your Information

Your data will be handled securely in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local privacy laws. You acknowledge and consent to:

• • The collection, use, and storage of your data for recruitment purposes.
  • The sharing of relevant details with potential employers and partners.
  • The retention of your information for ongoing or future recruitment activity, unless you request otherwise.

You may request deletion or update of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

7. Scope of Services

Talented People Wanted provides recruitment support by identifying opportunities that may align with your experience. We do not guarantee:

• • That you will be matched with any specific employer.
  • That you will be interviewed, hired, or receive follow-up communication.
  • Coaching, resume development, or job-seeking services unless explicitly stated.

We also do not control or influence hiring decisions made by employers. All job offers, employment terms, and compensation are between you and the hiring company.

8. Future Platform Access Disclaimer

We may, at our discretion, offer access to online tools, portals, or systems in the future. However:

• • Access is not guaranteed, nor is continued availability.
  • These services may change or be discontinued at any time, with or without notice.
  • Use of any future digital platform will be governed by its own terms of use.

9. Limitation of Liability

You agree that Talented People Wanted shall not be held liable for:

• • The outcome of any job application or interview process.
  • Actions or representations made by employers or third parties.
  • Delays, interruptions, or unavailability of any online services.

You release and waive all claims against us arising out of your application, data submission, or participation in the recruitment process.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talented People Wanted, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• • Your breach of this Agreement,
  • False or inaccurate information you submit,
  • Any legal disputes with an employer or third party related to your job search.

11. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Washington County, Oregon.

You agree to waive the right to a jury trial and to bring claims only in your individual capacity. Class actions, collective actions, and representative proceedings are not permitted.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal action, if not resolved through arbitration, shall be brought in the state or federal courts of Washington County, Oregon.

13. Modification or Termination

We reserve the right to:

• • Modify, suspend, or terminate this application process or agreement at any time without notice.
  • Update these terms periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
